centre.
The
monitoring centre is manned 24Hrs a day by fully
trained staff.

the monitoring centre has been an ASIAL Grade A1
Central Monitoring Station since opening back in 1999
which is the highest operational grade attainable

degradation of personalised service levels Allows the
monitoring centre to grow and enhance their service
without the loss of that personalised touch available
through smaller control rooms.
With alternatives to standard Telstra Based
Monitoring, Safecom high security Long Range Wireless
Monitoring doesn't rely on Phone Lines.
Fed by 3 Separate telecommunications exchanges. The
monitoring centre is able
to offer Triplex incoming communications paths with
primary communications being Digital Fibre Optic
falling back to secondary analogue network and GSM in
the event of a network failure.
